Carbon Ceramic Brake Discs

Carbon Ceramic Conversion Discs

Carbon ceramic discs that replace your standard cast iron discs at the same size and fit your original calipers. Long-fibre coated, supplied with top hats and bolts, and matched pads where listed.

Who these are for

These discs are for cars with standard cast iron brakes. They replace your iron discs at the same size and fit your original calipers, so you get carbon ceramic performance without a full big brake kit.

Why switch from iron to carbon ceramic?

Carbon ceramic discs are up to 60% lighter than the iron discs they replace. That cuts unsprung weight, so steering and suspension feel sharper. They hold their friction level at temperatures where iron discs start to fade, which makes them ideal for fast road driving and track days. They also produce far less brake dust and last much longer than iron.

Why long-fibre and coated?

Cheaper short-fibre discs are more prone to cracking under repeated heat cycles. Long, continuous carbon fibres give the disc its strength and crack resistance, and the coated friction surface protects the braking face and helps the disc bed in evenly. We only supply long-fibre coated discs.

A straight swap: no new calipers needed

Each pair comes assembled with top hats and bolts, ready to fit. Each listing gives the iron disc size it replaces, so check your current discs before ordering. If your car came with factory carbon ceramic brakes, see our OE Replacement Carbon Ceramic Discs instead.

Pads

Use carbon-ceramic-specific pads only. Standard pads made for iron discs will damage the ceramic surface.

Fitting and bedding in

We recommend professional fitting. New carbon ceramic discs and pads must be bedded in before hard use. Make a series of moderate stops to build an even pad layer on the disc, then let the brakes cool fully. Avoid sitting with the brakes held on while they're hot.
